I booked Goodmen to come and install a shingle that had fallen off my roof in a very awkward spot that I was uncomfortable reaching from a ladder to re-install it myself. The booking process was very easy and they showed up when they were scheduled. As I still had the shingle and it was in good condition the worker re-installed the shingle in a short period and packed up and left. I was fully expecting to pay for a minimum charge of 1 hour labour but they then reached out and said because the job was so short there would be no charge. This was such a pleasant surprise and generous thing to do. The level of customer service was great, and I will definitely be reaching out to Goodmen the next time I need work done on my roof.

Followed two of your trucks today one was labelled truck number 40. Was on Highway 42 heading towards Red Deer. You really need to teach your boys when and how to pass vehicles. Truck 40 was swerving in and out, never making the move to pass until it was completely unsafe.

Contacted Goodman roofing, spoke with Corey regarding our home as well as another property we had 2 leaks after the recent high winds and 2 days of rain. NOT only were they able to send out tradesmen in a hot minute, well pretty damn quick given the calls they must have had but their guys found the leaks which were due to non shingle issues but because of wind issues! The service, old school honesty and integrity of this company is unparalleled in my experience!! You will always be our go to for any roofing issues!! Thank you!

Excellent work and outstanding customer service. Refreshing to deal with a company that values the customer above all else. Had the house done and the garage 15 years later with the same values, quality and communication. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with Goodman Roofing -the work was done in a timely manner. quality was there first concern. Crew was safety motivated , always harnessed up , tool box meetings, discussed weather issues ( winter job) . Very professional dealing with Kelly and his crew on my project.

Between 2007 and 2025, we had all of our previously owned properties roofs recovered by Marcos team. This was five rental properties (Red Deer at Dixon Crescent, Abel Close, Lord Close, Davison Drive and Calgary at 16 A Street NW). Plus our primary residence in Oriole Park, Red Deer. Every single job was completed on budget, on time and with first class service.
